Amir Naguib

With more than 20+ years of experience in multinational businesses of heavy industries, Amir comes with a vast experience in all areas of executive management ranging from commercial management to operations, technical management and business finance. Amir's specialty being robust and holistic strategic management pillared on commercial restructuring, capitalizing on trends and gaps and introduction of unprecedented commercial strategies that result in business turnaround with main focus on profitability.

Amir has pioneered in his current position as ASCOM's Managing Director and was thus appointed as a COO for Qalaa Holdings to replicate ASCOM's business-turnaround-success-story in other subsidiaries of Qalaa Holdings.

Prior to holding the position of ASCOM's MD, Amir held the position of ACCM's CEO prior to which Amir was the Commercial Director of Lafarge Ready Mix and Aggregates - Egypt, where he introduced first-time commercial tools that resulted in business turnaround, attaining a market stance as a distinct market leader in mega projects and increase in overall company profitability. Amir's career path was also enriched by overseas experience in Algeria where he contributed to the start-up of a multinational cement plant and the initiation of a successful ready-mix business.

Amir has a strong background in strategic direction, corporate shaping & decision making and organizational development. His experience is also enforced with academic knowledge. Amir holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA from the German University in Cairo.

Ahmed Niazy

Ahmed has 17-year experience in Corporate Companies including Cemex, LafargeHolcim, and Geocycle. During this period, Ahmed has held several top management positions in industries including Cement, Ready Mix, Aggregates and Alternative Fuels. Ahmed has a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management.

Mohamed Khattab

15 years' experience in Financial Management positions in top corporate companies include Mobiserve Holding (Orascom Telecom subsidiary), Dar ELMimar Engineering (DMG Engineering sector), Financial Consultant with GAMA construction to build up ERP system, with related accounting and procedures cycle. In addition to external auditor experience with KPMG for 6 years.

Ali Gaafar

Ali has extensive experience and very strong skills in leading geology, mining, cement manufacturing, industrial minerals, mineral exploration and operations from quarry to manufacturing process. He has full understanding of feasibility studies, process & quality control and complete awareness regarding the impact on all operations stages including cost and technology.

Ali has more than 33 years working for geology, mining, cement industry and industrial minerals along 30 countries all over 4 continents. He supported almost 70 industrial plant, more than 120 mines and quarry, and more than 30 exploration projects.

Ali is recognized as an expert in both geology and mining domains worldwide. Also registered as expert consultant in mining geology - Egypt.
